Deep Playa Academy is a private homeschooling record-keeping system operated by the Dvir family for their own household. These terms cover use of this website and the application behind it.

Who may use it

Access is limited to members of the operating household and people they explicitly invite. There is no public sign-up. Nothing here is an offer of a service to the general public.

What it does

The system records and summarises the family's own homeschool sessions and keeps a household record of chores and allowance. Summaries are produced with the help of automated language models and may contain mistakes; they are a family keepsake and an informal record, not an official academic transcript, and they should not be relied on as one.

No warranty

The site and the application are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The operator does not promise that they will be available, uninterrupted, accurate or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or the application.

Changes and availability

This is a personal project. It may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time and without notice. These terms may change; the effective date above will be updated when they do.
